Shipping, Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout unless otherwise requested. Once an item has been shipped you will receive a email with tracking information to the email provided at checkout. 

I recommend shipping to a secure address and turning text notifications on from the carrier to keep up with your order's location and status. If you do not have a secure delivery address request for the package to be held for pickup at a carrier facility during checkout. 

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Signature release, hold at carrier facility, and full package insurance is all available at the customers request. These services may incur additional fees.  


Shipping/Billing Discrepancies

In the event there is a discrepancy between your billing and shipping postal code your order will be put on hold until I can establish contact with you. I will fulfill or refund your order at my discretion once I have made contact with you, if I am unable to make contact your order will be cancelled and refunded. 


Customs and other International Fees

All international orders are shipped with tracking and declared as person-person gifts in customs statement. Full value is declared for insurance purposes. I am not responsible for any additional custom fees, dutys, taxes, or other fees locales may place on shipments and their products. 


Returns

Unworn items may be returned at buyer's expense within 7 calendar days of receiving. Items must be postmarked within the 7 day return window to be eligible for return.

Once I receive the item it will be inspected, if undamaged and unworn a refund for the original price minus the original shipping cost will be issued via the original payment method.

Refunds for purchases on credit or debit card will incur a 3% restocking fee to cover the initial purchase's card processing fees. There is no restocking fee for PayPal purchases. 

If returned item shows wear or is otherwise compromised it is ineligible for return and will be returned to sender. 

Sale items are final sale and as such are ineligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis based on inventory and my work load. 

All of my items are one-of-one, and exact aesthetic exchange is rarely possible due to the nature of my materials.

If a item is exchanged it is final sale and ineligible for any further exchanges or returns.

Warranty

Any and all products purchased through this site are guaranteed replacement or repair in the event of serious defect within 60 days of receiving.

Any and all damages from excess wear and tear and/or neglect are not covered by warranty.
